Terms of Use

1. Entertainment service

Roastagram is an AI-powered entertainment and commentary service.

The Service analyzes supported publicly accessible Instagram posts and Reels and generates humorous, satirical, critical, subjective or exaggerated commentary commonly referred to as a "roast."

Roastagram is intended for entertainment only.

Roast results:

• may be inaccurate;
• may be incomplete;
• may contain subjective opinions;
• may contain sarcasm, exaggeration, jokes or offensive humor;
• may misinterpret a person, image, caption, context or intent;
• are generated automatically and are not statements of verified fact;
• do not represent the personal views of Langugo LLC or its personnel.

You should not rely on a roast result as a factual assessment of any person.

Source material and Roastagram scores:

• publicly accessible Instagram information (such as a public post, its caption, visible public engagement figures and sample public comments), together with any image you upload, may be used as source material for a roast;
• all roast commentary, personas, verdicts, cards and share text are generated by AI for entertainment purposes and are not factual statements, assessments or advice;
• the "Roastagram Score", "Roastability" and any related ratings, meters or sub-scores are produced by Roastagram's own automated model. They are not Instagram metrics, are not issued, verified, endorsed or reviewed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and have no meaning outside the Service.

Public information and AI-generated commentary are kept distinct within the Service: public figures shown to you are reported as retrieved, while the roast itself is automated entertainment written about that material.

Roasts, jokes, captions, scores, descriptions, visual elements and Roast Cards generated through the Service are intended as comedic, satirical, parodic, exaggerated or fictional content.

AI-generated content is not intended to state, establish or imply verified facts about any person depicted or referenced. Roastagram does not represent that statements, characterizations, situations or visual depictions generated by the Service are factually true.

AI systems may misunderstand an image, invent details, create fictional situations, exaggerate characteristics or produce inaccurate, inappropriate or unexpected output.

Generated content does not constitute a factual assessment, allegation or opinion adopted or verified by Langugo LLC.

You must not present AI-generated roast content as evidence of real conduct, events or characteristics of another person.

2. Eligibility and No Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Roastagram.

You may not upload, link to, submit, select, process, or request a roast of any image that depicts a person you know, or reasonably should know, is under 18 years of age. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the image is publicly available, whether you are the parent or legal guardian of the person depicted, or whether the minor has purportedly consented.

If you are unsure whether a person depicted in an image is at least 18 years old, you must not submit that image to Roastagram.

You may not use the Service to sexualize, humiliate, harass, exploit, target, or otherwise create content involving a minor.

Roastagram may block, remove, or refuse to process content that it believes may violate this section.

3. Public Instagram content only

Roastagram is designed only for supported Instagram content that is publicly accessible at the time it is submitted.

The Service is not intended to bypass Instagram privacy settings, authentication controls, access restrictions or technological protections.

Private, deleted, unavailable or unsupported content may not be analyzable.

Availability of a post on Instagram does not mean that Langugo LLC owns that post or that the post is free of third-party rights.

Instagram and Meta are independent third parties. Roastagram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. Your Content, Rights and Authority

You are solely responsible for all photographs, images, Instagram links, posts, URLs, text, instructions, context, prompts and other materials that you submit, link to, upload, select or otherwise provide through the Service (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content to Roastagram, you represent and warrant that:

• (a) you own the User Content or have all rights, permissions, consents, licenses or other lawful authority necessary to submit and use the User Content through the Service;
• (b) you have the lawful authority necessary to permit Roastagram and its service providers to access, process, analyze, moderate, reproduce, crop, resize, transform and otherwise use the User Content as necessary to provide the Service;
• (c) your submission and use of the User Content through Roastagram does not violate any copyright, privacy, publicity, likeness, personality, trademark, contractual or other right of any person or entity;
• (d) if the User Content depicts another person, you are solely responsible for determining and obtaining any rights, permissions, consents or other lawful authority required for your submission, processing, use and sharing of that person's image or likeness;
• (e) the User Content does not depict a person under 18 years of age; and
• (f) your use of the Service and any information or context you provide about another person complies with these Terms and applicable law.

The fact that an image, Instagram account, Instagram post, photograph or other content is publicly accessible does not mean that you own that content or that you automatically have permission or lawful authority to use it.

You must not submit User Content if you cannot make the representations above.

5. Roasting friends or other people

Roastagram may allow you to submit a public post belonging to a friend or another person.

This feature does not give you permission to harass or unlawfully target that person.

You are responsible for considering the circumstances, your relationship with the person, the nature of the content and the manner in which you intend to use or share the roast.

Do not use Roastagram to:

• conduct sustained or coordinated harassment;
• encourage others to attack an individual;
• threaten violence;
• reveal private or sensitive information;
• shame victims of crime, abuse, illness or tragedy;
• attack someone because of a legally protected characteristic;
• create sexualized commentary about minors;
• facilitate stalking or intimidation;
• falsely represent AI-generated commentary as verified factual information.

Roastagram may refuse, limit, remove or disable content or accounts where we reasonably believe the Service is being abused.

Roastagram allows users to create humorous and satirical content involving themselves or other adults. If you choose to submit an image depicting another person, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission, processing, use and sharing of that image is lawful.

Roastagram does not independently verify the identity of the person depicted, ownership of an image, or whether you have obtained any permission, consent, license or other lawful authority that may be required. The availability of the Service, successful processing of an image, or availability of an image through a public website or social-media account does not constitute a determination by Roastagram that your use is lawful.

You must respect the privacy, publicity, likeness, personality, intellectual-property and other legal rights of people you roast.

You may not use Roastagram to target another person with harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, stalking, humiliation campaigns, blackmail, extortion, doxxing, hate-based abuse, impersonation or defamatory factual allegations.

A person's appearance in a roast does not mean that person participated in, consented to, approved, endorsed or is affiliated with Roastagram, Langugo LLC or the user who created the roast.

6. AI-generated output

Roastagram uses automated systems and artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content is probabilistic and may produce unexpected, incorrect, offensive, inappropriate or nonsensical results.

We do not warrant:

• accuracy;
• factual correctness;
• completeness;
• suitability;
• non-offensiveness;
• originality;
• non-infringement;
• consistency between separate analyses.

Scores, verdicts, personality-style observations and other assessments are entertainment outputs and should not be interpreted as objective measurements or professional conclusions.

7. No professional advice

Roastagram does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, educational, reputation-management or other professional advice.

Do not make important personal, professional, legal or financial decisions based on a roast result.

8. Sharing and Distribution

Generating a roast and choosing to distribute that roast are separate actions.

Roastagram does not operate a public Roast Wall or public directory of all user roasts.

Roastagram generates content at your request. You decide whether, where, how and with whom to share or distribute that content.

If you choose to create or use a public share link, send a roast through another platform, publish a Roast Card, download or repost content, or otherwise distribute a roast, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your sharing and distribution are lawful and comply with these Terms, applicable law, third-party platform rules, and the rights of the person depicted and other third parties.

This includes responsibility for copyright, privacy, publicity, likeness, personality, defamation, harassment and other rights that may be implicated by your sharing.

A Roastagram share link may be accessed or forwarded by anyone who obtains the link. You should not treat a share link as confidential.

Once content has been copied, downloaded, reposted or distributed outside Roastagram, we may not be able to control or remove copies held or published by third parties.

We may disable or revoke a Roastagram-hosted share link, but doing so does not remove copies that have already been distributed outside the Service.

9. Reports, Complaints and Removal Requests

If you believe that content available through Roastagram depicts you, uses content in which you hold rights, violates your privacy or other legal rights, or otherwise violates these Terms, you may submit a report or removal request using Roastagram's designated reporting or contact channels.

Roastagram may request information reasonably necessary to identify the content, understand the basis of the request, verify the requester or evaluate the request.

We may remove content, disable access, revoke a share link, restrict functionality, suspend an account or take other appropriate action in response to a report, legal request, safety concern or suspected violation of these Terms.

Removal or restriction of content does not constitute an admission by Langugo LLC that the content was unlawful or that Langugo LLC is legally responsible for it.

Where applicable law requires removal or preservation of particular content or information within a specified period, we may take the actions necessary to comply with those obligations.

We may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, protect users or third parties, or comply with lawful process.

Submitting a request does not guarantee removal where continued processing or retention is permitted or required by law.

10. User accounts

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining control over your account;
• safeguarding authentication credentials;
• activity occurring through your account where legally attributable to you.

You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the Service or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Free roasts and usage limits

Roastagram may provide a limited free roast or other promotional usage.

Free usage is offered at our discretion and may be subject to technical, device, browser, account, network, anti-fraud or other controls.

Attempts to evade free-use limitations, create abusive duplicate accounts or manipulate promotional limits are prohibited.

We may modify or discontinue free-use programs at any time.

12. Subscriptions

Roastagram may offer recurring subscription plans.

Current plans may include, for example:

• Monthly subscription: up to 30 roasts per applicable monthly entitlement period.
• Yearly subscription: up to 360 roasts per applicable annual entitlement period.

The exact price and entitlement shown at checkout at the time of purchase controls.

Subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, subject to applicable law.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel through the available billing/customer portal or other cancellation method provided by Roastagram.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law:

• cancellation prevents future renewal;
• cancellation does not retroactively cancel charges already validly incurred;
• access may continue through the end of the paid billing period.

13. Extra roast packs

Roastagram may offer one-time additional roast packs.

The quantity and price shown at checkout controls.

Extra packs are digital entitlements associated with the applicable account and are not cash, stored value, cryptocurrency or transferable financial assets.

14. Prices, taxes and payments

Prices may change from time to time.

A price change will not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.

Changes affecting recurring subscriptions will be handled as required by applicable law and the applicable payment process.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Roastagram does not need to store your complete payment-card number in its application database.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges.

You are responsible for applicable taxes except where we are legally required to collect or remit them.

15. Refunds

Because Roastagram provides digital services and AI processing that may be consumed immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable service or entitlement has been provided or used, except:

• where required by applicable law;
• in the case of a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge;
• where Roastagram expressly approves a refund;
• or where a mandatory consumer right applies.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Prohibited use

You may not use Roastagram to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe intellectual-property rights;
• invade privacy or publicity rights;
• harass, threaten or stalk;
• facilitate discrimination or unlawful hate;
• target minors in a harmful or sexual context;
• publish someone's private contact, financial, health or identifying information;
• generate fraudulent endorsements or impersonations;
• deceive others into believing an AI-generated statement is verified fact;
• conduct automated abuse, scraping or attacks against the Service;
• probe, bypass or defeat security or usage limits;
• interfere with Service infrastructure;
• reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• resell access without authorization;
• use stolen payment credentials;
• create accounts for fraud, quota evasion or abuse;
• submit malware or malicious code.

Without limiting the other restrictions in these Terms, you may not use Roastagram to:

• create, encourage, publish or distribute defamatory content or knowingly false or misleading factual allegations about another person;
• accuse or imply that another person has committed a crime, fraud, sexual misconduct, financial misconduct or other serious wrongdoing as though the allegation were factual;
• make or present purportedly factual claims about another person's medical condition, mental health, disability, addiction, sexual life or other highly sensitive personal matters;
• blackmail, extort, coerce, intimidate or threaten another person;
• engage in stalking, doxxing or the disclosure of private or sensitive personal information;
• organize, encourage or participate in coordinated harassment, bullying or targeted humiliation;
• create or distribute content intended to falsely impersonate another person or deceive others into believing an AI-generated or altered depiction documents a real event;
• upload, generate, request or distribute nude, sexually explicit, intimate or non-consensual sexualized content involving an identifiable real person, including AI-generated or digitally altered intimate imagery;
• submit content depicting a person under 18;
• circumvent, disable or attempt to evade content moderation, safety controls, access controls or abuse-prevention systems; or
• otherwise use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

17. Intellectual property — Roastagram

The Service, software, interfaces, branding, Roastagram name, logos, designs, templates, scoring systems and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Langugo LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service, no rights in Roastagram intellectual property are transferred to you.

18. Third-party content

Instagram posts, images, videos, captions, usernames, trademarks and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Roastagram does not claim ownership of third-party Instagram content merely because it is analyzed by the Service.

Your submission of a URL does not transfer ownership of the underlying Instagram content to Roastagram.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

Public availability, including availability through an Instagram profile, post, Reel, website, search result or other publicly accessible source, does not by itself grant ownership, permission, consent, a license or other lawful authority to use that content.

Roastagram's technical ability to access or process third-party content is not a representation or warranty that the user's intended use of that content is lawful.

You remain responsible for obtaining and maintaining whatever rights or authority your use requires.

19. Roast outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Roastagram permits you to use and share roast outputs generated for you for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

Because outputs are AI-generated:

• similar or identical output may be generated for other users;
• outputs may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions;
• Roastagram does not guarantee exclusivity or ownership;
• you are responsible for ensuring that your particular use is lawful.

20. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual-property rights.

Copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit copyright-related complaints through the Contact or Report Abuse mechanism available on Roastagram.

A notice should contain sufficient information to identify:

• the copyrighted work;
• the allegedly infringing material;
• its location on Roastagram;
• the complaining party;
• a good-faith statement concerning the claim;
• and any other information required by applicable law.

Where applicable, we may remove or disable access to material and may respond to valid counter-notifications.

Nothing in this section represents that Roastagram has satisfied every requirement of a particular statutory safe-harbor regime unless those requirements have actually been completed.

21. Third-party services

Roastagram relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers.

These may include hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, security, analytics, advertising measurement, AI inference and social-media services.

Third-party services may experience outages, errors or changes outside our control.

Your use of third-party websites or services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

22. Service availability and changes

We do not guarantee that Roastagram will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every Instagram post, device, browser or jurisdiction.

Instagram or other third parties may change their systems, policies or technical behavior, which may affect Roastagram functionality.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary.

23. Moderation and enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, investigate suspected violations of these Terms.

We may refuse a roast request, restrict sharing, remove content, limit features, suspend an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:

• enforce these Terms;
• protect users or third parties;
• respond to legal requests;
• address fraud or security threats;
• prevent abuse;
• protect Langugo LLC.

Roastagram may, but is not obligated to, review, moderate, block, remove or restrict User Content or generated content.

Our use of automated or manual moderation does not create a duty to monitor all content, verify user permissions, determine ownership, investigate the identity of every depicted person, or guarantee that all prohibited or unlawful content will be detected.

We may refuse processing, remove content, revoke public share links, restrict functionality, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, investigate suspected misuse and take other appropriate action where we reasonably believe that content or conduct violates these Terms, creates legal or safety risk, or may violate applicable law.

We may respond to subpoenas, court orders, government requests and other lawful process as required or permitted by applicable law.

Enforcement decisions may be made without prior notice where we reasonably determine that immediate action is appropriate.

24. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

LANGUGO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ROAST OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, NON-OFFENSIVE, ORIGINAL OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

25. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGUGO LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATION OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGUGO LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROASTAGRAM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
• (B) USD $50.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Langugo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of reputation, goodwill, opportunities, data, profits or other intangible losses arising from or relating to:

• User Content;
• AI-generated text or images;
• inaccuracies, fictional statements or unexpected AI output;
• another user's use of your image or likeness;
• content created or shared by another user;
• public or third-party distribution of roast content;
• third-party claims arising from a user's sharing activities; or
• unauthorized copying or redistribution of content outside Roastagram.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

26. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Langugo LLC, Roastagram, and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors and service providers from and against third-party claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:

• (a) User Content submitted or provided by you;
• (b) any allegation that you did not own or did not have the rights, permissions, consents, licenses or other lawful authority required to submit, process, use or share User Content;
• (c) your submission or use of another person's image, likeness or other identifying characteristics;
• (d) your creation, publication, sharing or distribution of a roast or other Service output;
• (e) alleged infringement or violation of copyright, privacy, publicity, likeness, personality, trademark or other third-party rights;
• (f) defamation, harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or other misuse committed through your use or sharing of content;
• (g) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
• (h) fraud, intentional misconduct or misuse of the Service.

We reserve the right, at your expense where permitted by law, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.

You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes liability, admission, payment obligation or other obligation on Langugo LLC without our prior written consent.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not require you to indemnify Langugo LLC for liability that applicable law does not permit us to shift to you.

27. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, those protections continue to apply.

28. Dispute resolution for U.S. users

Before filing a formal legal claim, you and Langugo LLC agree to make a reasonable good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

You may initiate this process through Roastagram's Contact page.

If a dispute involving a U.S. user cannot be resolved informally, then, except where prohibited by law and except for qualifying small-claims matters or claims seeking injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property misuse, the dispute will be resolved individually through binding arbitration rather than a jury trial.

The arbitration will be administered under applicable consumer arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed arbitration provider.

Claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective or representative proceeding, to the extent legally enforceable.

A user may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying Langugo LLC through the Contact page within 30 days after first accepting these Terms and clearly stating the request to opt out of arbitration.

If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining enforceable portions remain in effect.

This section does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. Non-U.S. users

If you reside outside the United States, mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence may apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that applicable law makes mandatory.

30. Termination

You may stop using Roastagram at any time.

You may delete your account through available account/data-removal functionality where offered.

We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification and dispute provisions, survive.

Suspension or termination may include revocation of public share links, restriction of access to stored content and removal of content where appropriate.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership provisions, licenses required for lawful retention, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions and enforcement rights—will survive to the extent permitted by applicable law.

31. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, law or our practices change.

The current version and effective date will be posted on Roastagram.

Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent before material changes take effect.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any defense, immunity, safe harbor, limitation of liability or other protection that may be available to Langugo LLC under applicable law.

33. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Subject to the dispute-resolution section above, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes that are not required to be arbitrated.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, mandatory consumer-protection rules and courts of your country of residence continue to apply where applicable law so requires.

34. License to Process User Content

You retain any ownership rights that you may have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content to Roastagram, you grant Langugo LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and limited license to host, reproduce, transmit, cache, download, receive, store, resize, crop, analyze, moderate, perform face detection on, transform, and otherwise process that User Content solely as reasonably necessary to:

• (a) operate and provide the Service;
• (b) perform safety, security, abuse-prevention and eligibility checks;
• (c) generate AI-powered roast text, images, Roast Cards and related outputs requested by you;
• (d) display those outputs to you;
• (e) transmit User Content to service providers acting on our behalf where technically necessary to provide the Service;
• (f) maintain, secure, troubleshoot and support the Service; and
• (g) where you affirmatively choose to use a sharing feature, host and display the applicable content through a public or shareable Roastagram link.

This license is sublicensable only to the extent reasonably necessary for our service providers to perform services on our behalf.

This license does not give Roastagram the right to use your submitted photographs or likeness in advertisements, endorsements, promotional campaigns or other marketing materials without separate permission from you.

Except where retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity or enforcement of these Terms, our right to process User Content under this license ends when the applicable content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the functionality of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to Langugo LLC.

35. Intimate and Sexual Content

Roastagram is not an intimate-image, nudification or sexual-content service.

You may not submit or use the Service to create, alter, sexualize, publish or distribute nude, sexually explicit or intimate imagery of an identifiable real person without lawful authority and consent where required by law.

Non-consensual intimate imagery and digital forgeries or AI-generated intimate depictions are prohibited.

Roastagram may immediately disable access to such material, preserve information where required by law, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.
