How cancellation, future billing and refund requests work for Roastagram subscriptions.

1. Free first roast
Your first roast is free and requires no payment, so you can evaluate Roastagram before subscribing.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Future billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling before the renewal date prevents the next charge.
4. Refund requests
Refunds are not automatic. You can request one through the contact page, describing the charge and the reason. Each request is reviewed individually.
5. Digital delivery
Roasts are generated and delivered immediately, which is taken into account when a request is reviewed.
6. Statutory rights
