Short answers about how Roastagram works, what data it uses and what happens to your results.

Do I need to connect my Instagram account?

No. Roastagram works with supported publicly accessible Instagram URLs.

Can I roast a friend's post?

Yes. Paste any supported publicly accessible Instagram post or Reel — yours or a friend's.

Can you roast private accounts?

No. Private Instagram content is not accessed.

Can Roastagram analyze Reels?

Yes. Available public Reel data may include caption, engagement, transcript and other metadata depending on availability.

Does choosing another Roast Level change my score?

No. The underlying analysis stays the same. Only the writing style changes.

Is the Roastagram Score an official Instagram score?

No. It is an AI-generated entertainment score based on publicly available post data.

Is my roast automatically public?

No. Results stay private unless you choose to share the result link yourself. Roastagram has no public roast directory.

What Instagram data does Roastagram use?

Only data that is publicly visible on the post: media, caption, hashtags, public counts and public comments where available.

What happens after my first free roast?

Your first roast is free. Additional roasts and additional Roast Levels for the same post are part of a paid Roast Pass.

Can I delete a roast?

Yes. You will be able to delete a roast from your history, which also disables its share link.

Does Roastagram store Instagram videos or photos?

No. Instagram media is not permanently stored. Share cards are generated so they keep working even after the original media link expires.

Is Roastagram affiliated with Instagram or Meta?

No. Roastagram is an independent entertainment product and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
